Accreditation
In August 2003 the CASTLE was accredited by the Council on Accreditation, (COA) - a national organization that accredits agencies working with families. COA accreditation means that the CASTLE “meets the highest national standards of professional performance”, and utilizes a continuous quality improvement (CQI) model to evaluate all aspects of agency operations and continually strives to improve. Only a select number of agencies across the county receive this distinction.
Like the “Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval”, COA accreditation provides independent confirmation of the CASTLE’s commitment to quality.
