For the third consecutive year, CASTLE and Seacoast National Bank hosted the Memory Field to honor those children who fell victim to abuse and to raise awareness to CASTLE’s prevention services. The Memory Field, a field of 198 white flags, each flag representing a child in Florida who died last year as a result of child abuse, traveled throughout CASTLE’s services locations. Following stops in Stuart, Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach and Okeechobee, it was installed at CASTLE’s main office location in Fort Fierce, where a dedication ceremony was held on March 23rd. In each location, the 198 flags were flying for a week, each flag commemorating a child who was silenced by abuse.
